Custom Logo Imprinting
Add your corporate logo to help create a professional first impression and build your brand awareness within your community.
For medical bag logo orders:
Step 1.
Select the item, color, and quantity of item to be imprinted. Explore your options by visiting our Medical Bags section.
Step 2.
Complete the form below to start your order or call 1-800-237-3604.
Step 3.
Email logo to [email protected] or fax to 1-616-656-2475.
- File types accepted: Adobe Illustrator, Vector PDF, Vector EPS.
- 600DPI and 1 point or greater in thickness.
- Other files types may require additional processing and incur additional charges.
- Logo will remain on file for future orders.
Step 4.
Standard logo imprint color is white ink. If you prefer another imprint color, provide the color name and Pantone Number (PMS). If the logo is two or more colors additional fees will apply. Call for pricing 1-800-237-3604.
Step 5.
For new logo orders: After the logo is received, an imprinted fabric sample (strike off) will be sent for Customer Approval. For reorders: A Custom Logo Approval form will be sent for Customer Approval.
Step 6.
Once the signed approval form is received the imprinting process will begin.
Step 7.
Orders for in stock bags will be shipped in 2 weeks.
*If you need to update your logo it will be considered a new order. The new logo will need to be sent and a new plate charge fee will apply.
