- 1) Call our Customer Care Team at (866) 237-3722 with order details (orders must be placed by phone)
- 2) Email logo files to service@marketlab.com
- a. File types accepted: Adobe Illustrator, Vector PDF, and Vector EPS
- b. 600DPI and 1 point or greater in thickness
- c. Logos and brand specific fonts should be converted to outlines
- d. Designs will remain on file for future orders
- 3) A proof approval form will be sent to you for your approval
- 4) Once the signed approval form is received, production will begin
- 5) Orders will be shipped 3-4 weeks following proof approval
